Your Event, Elevated

To secure your date, a 50% deposit and a signed rental agreement are required. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis once your deposit is received.

We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weekends and peak seasons (spring through fall). Most clients reserve 3–6 months in advance, though weekday or off-peak events may have more flexibility.

Absolutely! Tours are available by appointment. We encourage you to visit in person to get a feel for the layout, lighting, and amenities. Contact us anytime to schedule a tour.

All rentals include:

• Use of the selected space(s)

• Up to 100 Chiavari chairs and 12 round tables (plus rectangular tables and half moon)

• Dimmable lighting and Bluetooth sound system

• Full access to restrooms and on-site parking

• Setup/teardown buffer time and an on-site host during your event
  

Yes! Outside catering is welcome. Alcohol service must comply with New York State law — you may use a licensed bar service or our BYOB setup option for private events.

We include setup and teardown buffer time in your rental and ensure the space is event-ready. You or your vendors are responsible for event-specific décor setup and cleanup, but we’ll handle the facility cleaning afterward.

Yes, we offer on-site parking for guests, plus additional free street parking nearby. We’re located in a highly accessible, central Rochester neighborhood. Interested in valet? Ask us for referrals!

Absolutely. Many clients choose to rent the full venue to access both Studio A and Studio B. It’s perfect for separating ceremony and reception spaces, or for larger gatherings, space to get ready or cocktail vs. reception areas!

Yes! We welcome DJs, live musicians, and other entertainment. Our professional sound system supports most standard setups, and we can recommend trusted local DJs and artists if needed.

Yes, you’re welcome to personalize the space. Décor such as signage, candles (in enclosed holders), and floral arrangements are all allowed. We just ask that you avoid nails, confetti, glitter, or anything that may damage floors or walls.

Yes, we work with a network of trusted caterers, DJs, photographers, and décor specialists who know our space well. You’re welcome to use your own vendors, or we can provide recommendations.

Yes. Our space is fully accessible with ground-level entry, guest elevator ,accessible restrooms, and convenient parking.

Deposits are non-refundable but can often be transferred to a new date depending on availability. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Yes! We love being a home for Rochester’s creative and fitness communities. We offer discounted hourly rates for recurring weekly rentals — perfect for dance classes, workshops, and group sessions.
